Where the initial portion of the song 'Pungi' from 'Agent Vinod', which has become a rage now, has been "lifted without any change" from the title song -'Soosan Khanoom' of their album, they allege.
Coming out in defense of his composer - Dinesh Vijan, the producer of Agent Vinod said
"There is no similarity between the two tracks. It's just that for the first, three-four seconds of the groove cannot be patented anywhere else. For once, Pritam's melody is original," told PTI in an interview.
This is what Barobax had to offer in order to make their case strong for the suit. But the song from Agent Vinod is claimed free from all such plagiarism by Pritam and Vijan.
